I appreciate the insights and additional perspectives on my overall health. I find I get a deeper level of hormonal and blood work analysis than my traditional family doctor (and insurance) provide. And I find that the way she helps show the correlation between specific foods and specific health and hormonal fluctuations is useful in adapting my own way of thinking about how I manage my intake and how I’m feeling mentally and physically. Just starting my HRT with Teresa Mealy. Intake visits and labs complete now one week into my Hormone treatment already feeling the benefits. Teresa is caring and knowledgeable.
